£90m mixed-use scheme for Linlithgow
A major new GBP90m mixed-use development is planned for the east of Linlithgow, West Lothian, Edinburgh-based investment and management group Wallace Land has confirmed.
A masterplan for the Burghmuir project is designed to provide a “natural expansion” of the town and includes a hotel with conference facilities, a dance studio and parkland.
A spokesperson for the company said: “Discussions have also been held with community groups regarding the provision of a site for new community and leisure facilities.”
