Founded in 1910, Greater Union is Australia’s largest and oldest film exhibitor. Today Greater Union screen local and international movies on 457 screens in multi-auditorium complexes nationwide, independently and in joint ventures with companies such as Village Roadshow. Greater Union also has a 100 per cent interest in Birch Carroll & Coyle, Queensland’s biggest cinema chain.
