New scheme for central Coventry
A hotel and cinema complex are set to form part of a major new GBP300m mixed-use scheme proposed for the southern part of Coventry city centre.
Coventry City Council (CCC) is working with Aviva on the plans, which aims to transform Coventry.
Linda Bigham, CCC cabinet member for city development said: “I believe that this is the beginning of one of the most exciting transformations our city has seen in 50 years.”
