New ‘Vegas style’ entertainment and retail centre for Moscow
Cushman & Wakefield, the privately-held commercial real estate services firm, has been appointed as leasing agent for a further two large Russian shopping and entertainment centre developments by Crocus Group: ‘Vegas Crocus City’ and ‘Vegas Kuntzevo’.The retail services team will be consulting Crocus Group and market both projects to tenants. The Vegas Crocus City project is planned to open in Moscow by the end of 2013.
