A £65m scheme to make Swindon a top leisure destination has reached a significant milestone following the transfer of the Oasis Leisure Centre to a private operator. The Oasis, which was owned by Swindon Borough Council, is now in the hands of Oasis Operations Ltd in the first phase of a £65m scheme.
