Top Ten Holdings, the UK’s third-biggest bingo hall operator has conceded its customers will find themselves “considerably worse off” as the recession starts to bite. Meanwhile, the industry will have to wait still longer before the UK Parliament debates moves to allow clubs to double their allowance of category B3 machines.
