The vision for a £160m mixed-use private rented sector development at the western gateway to Leeds City Centre has been unveiled by The Parklane Group.
The property firm wants the new development, known as INC, to be an inclusive, contemporary and flexible way of living and working.
The proposed 33-storey, 45,000 sqm building will be situated on Wellington Street, close to the Leeds’ inner ring road.
It will be developed into a mix of commercial, residential and leisure facilities including a 198 unit aparthotel, 163 privately rented apartments, 200 co-living apartments, almost 4,000 sqm of co-working space, a bar and restaurant, swimming pool, gym and retail facilities.
International architect and engineering firm BDP has been appointed to develop the unique design for INC in Leeds and help bring forward this iconic scheme.
The Parklane Group has launched this vision ahead of attending MIPIM, at which INC will be showcased as one of Leeds City Region’s prime investment opportunities.
The Parklane group Director, Naveen Ahmed, believes the scheme could be transformational for Leeds City Centre and the North.

Joining the Leeds City Region delegation to MIPIM, INC in Leeds will form part of the investment propositions in the region.
The Parklane Group will be in dialogue with investors and partners to attract a funding partner and occupier interest in the scheme.
