A new London-based one-day course from property CPD provider Henry Stewart will ask “How much is my hotel worth?”

Topics will range between building brand value, methods of property valuation, alternative uses of hotel properties and options for investors in the hospitality sector. The conference will cover every type of hotel from city centre five star to vacation destinations and budget lodges.

Briefings address:

  • opportunities to create and destroy value
  • what you can do to enhance it and how not to reduce it
  • what opportunities mixed use development can offer

Chair, Jane Lees is an Executive Director of CBRE Hotels and Head of the Hotel Valuation team for the EMEA region. Her expertise ranges from the Far East to Europe, with a particular focus on large mixed-use developments incorporating hotels, retail, offices and residential.
