The multi-million pound Wolstenholme Square development is finally completed and pictures taken inside the apartments offer a glimpse at the finished product.
Made up of 447 residential apartments , the development will also be home to commercial and retail spaces, as well as leisure facilities like a gym and restaurants.
The Elliot Group built the development , which is made up of five blocks that wrap around three sides of the square, at the centre of which is the famous Penelope sculpture.
This Liverpool landmark is pretty much all that remains of the former square – which was once home to Cream as well as The Kazimier.
Cream’s original home , in the premises that later became Nation, was flattened to make way for Elliot Group’s rebuilding of the square.
Finally open for tenants and businesses, prices for flats in the development start from around £85,000 and go up to £120,000.

Gone is the home of the world-famous Cream club , as is the Kazimier – which held one final, massive super-galactic party on New Years Eve in 2015.
Three blocks of the development are already fully tenanted and investors who own units in the complex are starting to see their returns on the major scheme.
Pictures taken inside the development show a one bedroom studio flat with a combined kitchen and dining room and a balcony boasting views over the city.
Experience Invest were one of the agents selling off-plan units in the development to investors at an early stage.
