A popular bar and nightclub on Leeds’ waterfront will close next month with the property set to be redeveloped.
Oracle Bar and Nightclub at Brewery Wharf will officially close its doors on 1 February when its lease comes to an end.
Rushbond, the original developer of the Brewery Wharf estate, is planning a mixed-use redevelopment of the building.
The first-floor nightclub area will be turned into a creative office space, with the developer planning an “exciting new concept” for the bar and waterfront terrace.
Planning permission has already been secured and the redevelopment of the site is set to begin in the spring, with new tenants expected to be in place for the summer.
