A tiny cinema within a caravan has been forced to keep its doors shut due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The cinema’s projectionist, Paul O’Connor, who currently lives in Swansea, Wales, says that it is impossible to social distance in Sol Cinema and they hadn’t factored a pandemic into designs when creating it.
The compact cinema is within a three berth caravan and can sit up to eight adults or 16 children, meaning that following any social distancing is virtually impossible and that the quirky picture house has to remain closed until restrictions ease off even more.
Paul said: “It is very frustrating that we cannot open. We have events wanting to hire us but we can’t work out a way to do our performances as we usually do…..”
