£100m Leicester Square corner plot redevelopment

Property developers are set to spend £100 million transforming the north-east corner of London’s Leicester Square. Owners Soho Estates have appointed commercial property adviser Colliers to find a new tenant to turn the site into a new “destination” in the famous square, best known for hosting red carpet movie premieres. High tech offices to replace central Belfast cinema

Movie House Cinemas has confirmed their Dublin Road cinema will close on April 26. The managing director of Movie House Michael McAdam said he wished to thank staff who kept the cinema operating in uncertain conditions while the final closing date was agreed.
