Masterplan at St Enoch Centre includes new homes and hotel

A masterplan to “future proof” one of the main retail centres in Glasgow includes the provision of up to 1700 homes. Property developer and retail asset manager, Sovereign Centros, has lodged an initial proposal with Glasgow City Council outlining a long-term vision for how St. Enoch Centre and the surrounding site could be developed over the next 15 – 20 years. Johnnie Walker Princes Street: Diageo’s new whisky visitor attraction opens in Edinburgh

A new multi-million pound visitor attraction promoting Scotch whisky has opened in Edinburgh Diageo’s eight-floor Johnnie Walker Princes Street is in the former Binns building. It has taken more than four years to remodel the property and fit it out with facilities including shops, a whisky cellar and two rooftop bars.
