Grozny Mall in Chechnya, southern Russia has been named “Best Shopping Centre” at the 2020 Arendator Awards in Moscow. Arendator.ru is a major Russian commercial property news website, with the awards ceremony, which took place at Moscow’s Modus Restaurant on Thursday, October 1, 2020, honouring the best projects in the commercial property sector. Stockton’s public consultation calls for new leisure landscape

The Castlegate Shopping Centre and Swallow Hotel are set to be demolished as part of bold plans to tackle Stockton’s empty shops and open up the town to the river.
