Retail and leisure invited to join Northumberland coast development

Retail and leisure businesses are being invited to fill a new development on the Northumberland coast. The Blagdon Estate is developing the scheme at Blyth’s South Beach which will include a Co-op convenience store and two other units. Work is expected to start on the scheme next year with a view to it opening in 2022 and now the developers have started marketing the 1,000 sq ft and 3,500 sq ft units that are available in the scheme. PLANS to build a cinema and leisure complex in Bridgwater have taken two steps forward this week.
