Travel hub to help Dundee community and tourists alike to stay active

Work on the city’s first “active travel hub” at Waterfront Place is under way. The building will serve as a meeting point and source of information, promoting cycling and other forms of sustainable low carbon travel to residents and visitors. A new cinema and gym could be built outside Reading Station. New documents have revealed plans for the redevelopment of the Station Hill site in the town centre, as council planners gave outline permission for work to start.
