New cinema, gym and shops with flats, planned near Reading Station

A new cinema and gym could be built outside Reading Station. New documents have revealed plans for the redevelopment of the Station Hill site in the town centre, as council planners gave outline permission for work to start. The plans, put forward by developer Lincoln MGT, include details of the appearance, layout, landscaping and scale of the site. Two plots, E and F, in the development will have 538 flats in total. ‘Ebbsfleet Central’ development to be ‘at the heart of’ city project

Ebbsfleet Garden City has announced a brand new development which will “be at the heart” of the multi-billion pound project.
