The historic Howells building on St Mary Street is set to become a state-of-the-art leisure and entertainment destination and commercial hub for the benefit of residents and visitors in Cardiff. Film fans have been left with a cliffhanger over which cinema operator is to move into the long awaited Tollgate Village leisure and retail complex.
